The chairlift to Wielka Krokiew is a year-round two-section chairlift with 2-seater chairs, located in Zakopane, as part of the Wielka Krokiew ski jump. Stanisław Marusarz. It is mainly used to transport to the top of the hill the competitors participating in ski jumping competitions, such as: World Cup, Continental Cup, Summer Grand Prix or Polish Ski Jumping Championships. The current lift was built by LST Loipolder Lenggries from Germany – it is 356.8 m long, the altitude difference is 133 m, its capacity is 608 people / h and it has 50 chairs. A trip by chairlift to the very top of Wielka Krokiew and a glance from the in-run will allow you to imagine what the competitors sitting on the starting beam during the competition feel before the jump. The railway operator is the Central Sports Center.

The swimming pool on Polana Szymoszkowa

The swimming pool on Polana Szymoszkowa is a reservoir that was opened in summer 2007. The water that fills it comes from the „Szymoszkowa GT1” geothermal borehole, located at a depth of 1700 m and has a temperature of around 30°C. According to studies conducted by the Polish Academy of Sciences, the water from the borehole was classified as thermal, mineralized water, which includes: calcium (37%), magnesium (36%), sodium (23%), potassium (2,3%), thanks to which it has pro-health properties. Around the pool there are sunbathing areas with a separate beach volleyball court. The great advantage of the place is its location, providing great views of the Giewont and other peaks of the Tatra Mountains.

The gravity slide on Gubałówka

The gravity slide on Gubałówka is an unusual tourist attraction, which was established in 1994, is maintained by the State Cable Railways, and operates from spring to late autumn. The slide is 750 m long, and the height difference is 45 m. A trip by a 2-person stroller along a contoured track with numerous turns (serpentine) provides an amazing and unforgettable experience. The trolleys are equipped with a hand brake, with which we can stop the trolley at any time, as well as a centrifugal brake that brakes automatically when we accelerate above 20 km/h. The serpentine route can be traveled on wheelchairs with a speed of up to 23 km/h, while admiring the beautiful panorama of the Tatra Mountains. After the ride, the stroller is attached to a lift specially adapted for this purpose and taken upstairs.

Leopold Kwiatkowski in Łososina Dolna was established in 1956, and in 1960 an airport was built, the apron was made by engineering troops and officially opened by General Jan Frey-Bielecki, the then commander of the National Air and Air Defense Forces. During the 40 years of operation, many pilots have been trained here, of which almost 30 years in PLL LOT and 20 in the air force, and the alumni have been awarded various awards and titles in air sport and gliding. We can mention here Wiesław Iwański – the title and badge of the Master of Sport in airplane sports (1980), Łukasz Świderski – the title of Polish Champion in airplane acrobatics (2013), Julian Pieniążek – Polish Junior Champion in Club B Class, Wojciech Wojtaczek – Vice Champion Polish Juniors in Standard Class (2017).

The funicular railway to Gubałówka

The funicular railway to Gubałówka is a year-round funicular railway from Zakopane to Gubałówka, to the Spisko-Gubałowskie Foothills, operated by Polskie Koleje Linowe S.A. It was built at the request of the Tourism Promotion League, as the second in Poland, after the funicular railway „Góra Parkowa” in Krynica-Zdrój, it was launched in 1938, and the last modernization was completed in 2001. The manufacturer of the first wagons was Von Roll Berno from Switzerland, and now Garaventa and Mostostal Czechowice. It is a two-car railway, on one track with a passing loop in the middle of the route. Modern carriages with a glass roof allow you to admire the panorama of the Tatra Mountains. The carriages, holding about 120 people, pass each other halfway, which is an additional tourist attraction for both children and adults. It takes less than 4 minutes to climb the mountain and overcome the 300 m difference in altitude.

The cableway to Kasprowy Wierch

The cableway to Kasprowy Wierch is a year-round cableway from Kuźnice to the top of Kasprowy Wierch in the Tatra Mountains, entirely running through the area of the Tatra National Park, operated by Polskie Koleje Linowe S.A. The initiator of the construction of the railway was the then president of the Polish Ski Association and the deputy minister of transport  Eng. Aleksander Bobkowski, and it was put into use in 1936. It is the only high-mountain cableway in Poland, connecting Kuźnice with the peak of Kasprowy Wierch. It operates all year round and can take from 30 to 60 people. The trip by train provides an unforgettable experience, although it takes only a dozen or so minutes. The almost 4.3 km long route has two sections (tourists change at Myślenickie Turnie). Thanks to the panoramic shafts of the cable car and the height, the Tatra nature and mountain surroundings are at your fingertips. The cable car takes you to the upper station, located 25 meters below the Kasprowy peak, where there is also a restaurant and a small shop, and next to it there is a meteorological observatory building, operating here for almost 80 years  these are the two highest buildings in Poland.

The market square in Rzeszów is a square located in the center of the old town of Rzeszów, in the Śródmieście district, surrounded by many shops and cafes, as well as where numerous cultural events take place. The current buildings date from the 19th century and are the result of a fire that hit the city in 1842. Earlier, there were probably low wooden or partially brick houses with cellars in the market square, which have survived to this day and are a tourist attraction. The dominant structure of the market square is the free-standing town hall in the south-west corner, on the tower of which in the 17th century there was a bell, the strikes of which announced the beginning and end of trade conducted here products such as jewelry, clothes, furniture, etc., until the construction of the New Town market was undertaken. A very popular tourist route has been created in the underground corridors of the market square.

The „Gromadzyń” ski station

The „Gromadzyń” ski station in Ustrzyki Dolne is situated on a small hill Gromadzyń (655 m above sea level), located within the city limits. There is a 720 m long cableway on the north-eastern slope, equipped with 85 4-seater chairs with a capacity of 2000 people / h, 700 m long T-bar lifts and 300 and 200 m long plate lifts. slopes: 750 m with „FIS” approval for slalom, 800 and 900 m. The altitude difference is 164 m. The slopes are lit, snowed and groomed, and secured by ski rescuers. At the station there is a ski equipment rental with service and a ski and snowboard school. The nearby, comfortable base provides good accommodation conditions, as well as recreational and sports facilities, both in winter and summer. Two hiking trails and a bicycle path lead from Ustrzyki to the top.

The Spa Park in Rymanów-Zdrój is located on both sides of the small river Tabor. Combining the features of the mountain climate, and thanks to the significant content of sea iodine, the microclimate of this town is favorable for the activity of patients and tourists in the open air. Park alleys and green squares provide complete tranquility and peace. In this park there is a mineral water pump room connected with a café, next to which a graduation tower was built, as well as sculptures of John Paul II and Anna Potocka – the founder of the health resort. An interesting attraction is the „amphitheater on the water”, standing on stilts in the middle of an artificial pond and a fairy-tale corner for children. The concert shell attracts megalomaniacs and artistic souls. The latest investment is a huge granite fountain with light illumination. The water jets illuminated with colorful lights in the evening create a beautiful spectacle admired by the visitors.
