Siklawica Waterfall

Description

Siklawica Waterfall is located in the Western Tatras, in the upper part of the Strążyska Valley, under the northern wall of Giewont, and is 23 meters high. It consists of two almost vertical walls – the lower one is 13 m high and the upper one is 10 m high, along which the water of the Strążyski Stream flows. The shortest trail from Zakopane to Giewont (along the Little Valley and the Warzecha gully) used to lead by the waterfall, but it is now closed. The waterfall is one of the greatest attractions of the Strążyska Valley. You can walk right up to its wall, which is why in the season it is often crowded with tourists sitting at its feet.
